Copper & Sage

Recently opened. Lovely restaurant with a well marked menu for gf. The server recognized celiac and confirmed some questions I had on the tomatoe bisque - they were able to not serve with bread and no gluten in preparation. The soup was delicious, as was the hummus (got carrot sticks instead of naan) and the deviled eggs. My main was the shrimp and grits and it was delicious. No reaction to anything I had.
