Copper cafe was a good option for breakfast in the area. I ordered the Madonna Frittata and the server was knowledgeable about GF options. Unfortunately, they did not have GF bread at the moment I was there, but the server added an extra side of fruit to my order.

Our server understood allergies and was patient about working with me to find something I could eat. I ordered a bowl of cottage cheese, a bowl of fruit, and two eggs over medium which were cooked in a clean pan. I don't feel any worse than normal so I think the meal was probably safe. :)

They offer gf but are not knowledgeable at all. No separate toaster, cross contamination everywhere. I got sick from eggs and bacon.

Gluten free options are available, like gf toast with your omelette. There is lots of cross-contamination, though, so it's a risky choice. Not many dessert options except for macaroons. Chocolate truffles and stuff, but no one knew what the ingredients were so I didn't risk it. I don't think I would return-- my omelette was pretty undercooked, and was just ok.
