The staff was super helpful with letting me know what I could have on the menu. Items on the menu are labeled GF, but they can adjust other things on the menu. They do not however have a dedicated fryer. I ordered the grilled shrimp salad. Would recommend. Try out the sweet tea vinaigrette.
