GF menu items are marked. However, they cannot guarantee gluten-free or no cross-contamination; they say "low gluten." I would not recommend this place if you have celiac or are highly sensitive. I have eaten here and been fine, but the last time I ate here I got very sick from being glutened. I do not plan to eat here again

They mark restaurant items that are gf or can be gf. Their quesadilla is made with a gf pita and it’s incredible!

Avoid. Steak, mashed potatoes, broccoli, and a “gluten free” quesadilla as an appetizer. Was positively not gluten free.

They have what they call a low gluten menu but was assured that they had items that were gluten free. I ordered Mediterranean Chicken Skewers that I was told could be made gluten free by substituting the pita points with gluten free pita points for an extra charge. I was charged the extra charge and the bill noted it was to be gluten free but I received regular pitas. I took I bite and knew they were not gluten free. Thankfully I just have a sensitivity. I got sick but if I had celiac it would have been much much worse.

I was able to find something good to eat (I asked them to make the taco salad gluten free/no chips). They treat a gluten allergy like a joke, who makes a "low gluten menu". Obviously someone in management sees it as a fad rather than something that could really hurt someone.

The folks have recently gotten rid of their gluten free menu and now have a 'low' gluten one. Like the reviewer before me said they are not safe for those of us who have celiac disease.

Walked in and asked for a GF menu. Host informed us that they are a from scratch restaurant and cannot guarantee no cross contamination. He was nice and offered to get a manager to see what they could do, but I am a celiac and do not take chances like that. Very nice people though and I appreciated them telling us up front. From scratch sure sounded good.

great selection! not a fan of fish and there was a lot of fish options, but I got the chilli as an appetizer and chicken fajitas for my main meal. Loved this place before going gluten-free and I love it after

Great service, good food, lots of choices. Have enjoyed a few things and keep going back to the fajitas. Love that the GF options are right on the main menu (don't have to play bingo with a list). We often go with Celiac & non-GF relatives- everybody gets a nice meal and the kids love the walls of big screen TVs.

Ive gotten sick two times from their “gluten free” quesadilla. I get sick for lots of reasons/food so I can’t always be sure why I get sick. I figured I would try again to see if it was related to the food since it’s so close and I’m delusional and I’ve been in pain for days. They are clear about it being “low gluten” and not gluten free and it doesn’t seem to be something they are incredibly aware of other than that. I’d be safe and go somewhere else 💕 coopersburg diner is down the road and if you are super clear about your needs/cross contamination they try their best. Always a risk in this area though.

Low gluten???? Really? Got a whole runaround when I came in that they have items that can be made low gluten. They do not have a gluten free menu. And service was mediocre at best.
Looks like they've changed Gluten-Free to "Low Gluten" on their menu. For example: COBB Salad, MODIFICATIONS – No bleu cheese crumbles

first two trips were fine. food average. third trip, ordered gluten free salad off of menu, came with blue cheese crumbles containing gluten. cannot trust returning there.
