They take allergies very seriously here. My husband spoke to the chef ahead of time and when we arrived the hostess knew about my allergy already. The chef came to the table to discuss what could be made and I had a delicious (and safe!) breakfast. The regular menu has gluten free options marked as well.

Incredible views And views. The Chef came out and worked hard to make sure everything was GF and assured us utensils and cooking area would be used just for my food prep. The Ube Hawaiian pancakes are the best pancakes ever. Yum

I stayed in an other hotel but I went there to have breakfast! Best pancake GF ever! Very prepared about allergy, all The menu was signed with gf options!
