Review of Corazón de Maguey

Like nearly all restaurants in CDMX, GF items are not marked on menu at Corazón de Maguey. Thankfully, the wait staff is knowledgeable about gluten and food allergens. I had the Enchiladas Tres Colores but with only two mole sauces (rather than three) because the waiter knew that the third mole sauce contains gluten. It was delicious. I had the Tomal de Chocolate for dessert, which was also delicious and GF. This place is rather pricey but worth it.
