We announced there were two celiacs, they got a different person to prepare food who put on new gloves. She seemed as if she had special training on allergies. The employee serving a party before us made tacos (not gluten free) and touched the serving spoon to the tortilla and put it back. When our employee made ours, the same ingredients were needed for my order and the same serving spoon was used and it made contact with the food and also bottom of plate my food was on. No surfaces were wiped down and nothing was labeled GF.
