I’ve never had a problem with my allergies, but I highly dislike this restaurant only because everything tastes very bland to me. Pretty safe, but don’t recommend

Very knowledgeable, clean, only two ingredients containing gluten were separated from food on the line. So many healthy options!

One of my favorite places. Been here numerous times with zero issues. Most everything is GF except the bread (which is at the end of the counter). They even have GF Mac & cheese!

Great food and I haven’t had an issue the 4 times I’ve been. Staff isn’t always the most knowledgeable about what’s gluten free and what’s not, or about protocol for preparing a specifically gluten free bowl but with a little communication and a watchful eye everything works out.

Don't risk this place. Go elsewhere. Great place to pick up a dose of food poisoning. Allergen protocols look good till the manager cross contaminated my bowl. Big fail
No
Everything is naturally GF except the bread which is at the end of the line. All servers understand allergies.

After the rave reviews, this place was a huge disappointment. I’m vegetarian and dairy free as well as GF. The employee behind the counter looked blank when I asked her about items on the menu that were listed as containing gluten, so she consulted a manager. The manager told me that the Sriracha they used had gluten, which eliminated many of the items I was interested in. He suggested a broth bowl, so I went for that, and was disappointed in how flavorless it turned out to be. Both the friends I went with (who have no dietary restrictions) were unimpressed with the food as well.
Looking for a place to eat, decided to try Core Life Eatery. Turned out to be one of the best decisions of ours in a long while. Good, friendly people that are willing to help with allergies as well as gluten free. Good food too. This business is celiac friendly.
***If you have food allergies/intolerances, this is your place!*** I am celiac, so I cannot have even the smallest bit of gluten. The store does serve bread, however it is kept in its own box at the register, so it’s not even on the prep line. They also cut it in its own area. The risk of cross contamination is nil. I loved that they have several allergen warnings as well as cross-contamination risks for each on the menu. Not only that, but the staff was VERY knowledgeable about allergies and proper protocol to keep diners safe. That really puts me at ease when eating at a restaurant. I had the tuna poke bowl and it was delicious! Portions were excellent, all of the ingredients were super fresh, and of course, it tasted amazing! The cranberry cayenne lemonade was so refreshing with just the tiniest bit of heat at the end; it will be my go-to drink! Fayetteville’s allergy community is so fortunate to have this place!

Great place for a healthy bowl, like Chipotle. Everything is gluten free except one item that is wrapped.

I love that pretty much everything on the menu is gluten free. When they prepared my bowl they changed their gloves and confirmed that everything was gluten free. I had the spicy Thai noodle bowl, but have also had their rice bowls and salad bowls. Everything is delicious. Great for a healthy quick meal!

I’ve been here twice and have never gotten sick. Good, tasty food and the staff were very knowledgeable about allergies and cautious. Plus, most of the food is gluten free or could be made gluten free! They also have lots of dairy free, vegetarian, and vegan options!

Hate to write this review as the staff were so nice and took extra precautions like changing their gloves, but I got sick from eating here. I am INCREDIBLY sensitive, so it might be fine for less sensitive celiacs, but just wanted to give a heads up for others.
