I was glutened here and got very sick. The items I ate were all labeled gluten free, but based on the timing (always takes me 2 hours basically on the dot to start reacting), it was the strawberry gluten free cake/cupcake that are on display in those little cups taped closed at the top (I also ate a frittata). I have previously eaten here before and not gotten sick, but I do not believe this place is celiac safe.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this bakery. They have such a huge selection of both gluten free and vegan bakery and breakfast/lunch items, and everything is so delicious. It has quickly become one of my all-time favorite spots. Check with the staff re: cross contamination if you are celiac or have a high sensitivity—I have a relatively low sensitivity so I don’t have to worry so much about that and don’t know how it is for more sensitive folks.

I absolutely recommend Corina Bakery for special event cakes. They prepared a cake and cupcakes for our wedding reception and everything turned out phenomenal. We requested gluten, dairy and nut free, and no one got sick. I have celiac and ate both the cake and (the next day) a cupcake, and felt fine both times. The cake was pumpkin with Bavarian cream filling and vanilla icing. We also ordered their cake tasting option prior to the event. The three Cake flavors we tried were chocolate, banana and pumpkin, and I didn’t get sick from the cake tasting either, which was three months before the event.

They have gluten free items marked. Unfortunately they said this is not prepared in a dedicated, separate place. Beware of cross-contamination! I tried a small bite and got sick.

I have eaten here two times. Each time I have had a mild reaction. I am not sure if it’s because of the flour in the air or the shared kitchen space.

Nice atmosphere, got the berry muffin and didn't get sick. It was individually wrapped. It looks like they use the same tongs for all pastries though, so be sure to ask them to change gloves and such if there aren't clean tongs available.

I eat here all the time and have never gotten sick. It is the best place in Tacoma to get a gluten free dessert. They have so many options available, muffins, pizza, cupcakes, brownies and etc. I will say that their menu changes daily. There are staples there all the time, but some days the GF options are limited. They have an amazing gluten free biscuits sandwich that I highly recommend.

Have ordered multiple gluten free cakes and have nothing but amazing experiences. Have ordered different flavors every time and have never been sick. A great place to go, especially if you need a custom cake for a celebration!

I use to trust this place. Ordered Gluten-free macroons. They were not Gluten-free. I got sick. Emailed the manager and there response was we are not a dedicated Gluten-free establishment. Wont ever order from them again. Unfortunate use to get all our birthday cakes from them.

The GF turkey sausage biscuit sandwiches are amazing. Their breads and sweets are as well!

Good breakfast sandwich! Got a gf muffin and cupcake to go!

If you are in Tacoma, you have to go here! Can I tell you how long it has been since I have had a breakfast sandwich? I will admit, I was a little hesitant to go to a bakery that also sold gluten items, but aloof the gluten free products were wrapped so there was no chance of cross contamination. Great service and delicious food!

Update: They seem to offer more GF items now. The breakfast sandwiches are still yummy and they usually will have some sort of GF muffin or cookie available. Sometimes they have GF cake available too. It seems they have GF cake available more often then they used to so, that's great! I hope they continue to have more and more GF offerings.
I've never gotten sick eating from here but it's very hit & miss as to whether they have GF items available. The GF items sell out quickly (at leat the good ones). I would recommend that you call before going. Their GF cake is good except for the chocolate cake. I've tried different chocolate cakes, at different times, and for some reason the cake always tastes burnt. The GF breakfast biscuit sandwich is very good! So are the GF chocolate chip cookies. I wish there were more GF pastries available.
Yes
They wrap their gf items to keep them safe- I’ve gotten a breakfast sandwich here many times.
Yes
GF and normal pastries, microwaveable GF pizza, coffee and other beverages sold here. It tastes great and the gluten free options aren't too expensive.
No
Gone here a couples times and never got sick. Gf food is ALWAYS delicious
I've been eating there for years and haven't gotten sick. Everything GF is labeled and GF baked goods are individually wrapped to avoid cross contamination. They said they do their best to keep things clean and avoid cross contamination in the kitchen. It's not a dedicated GF bakery though, so there is some risk. They do tend to sell out of their GF items, so you might want to call ahead.
Yes
Tasted good. Someone from work brought gluten free for us that need it. I got sick from it. Must be cross contamination.
No
If I could rate a zero, I would. Not Celiac safe. I began getting sick AT the restaurant after specifically asking if the baked items were safe for Celiacs. DO NOT go here if you're looking for a gluten free treat.
No
bought my moms mothers day goodies here. they had so many choices.
Not Celiac safe!!!! Got sick eating here during my wedding cake tasting (meaning it was preordered and supposed to be gluten free) and they had very little options when it came to adding any additional GF dessert items for a dessert table. I was very disappointed in the whole experience.

Have always loved Corina's and now that I'm sensitive to gluten, I am impressed by their variety of GF bakery items. They even have a GF cake menu!
Not Celiac Safe! Giant disclaimer about cross contamination. Great if look for "gluten free" baked goods made in a Gluten Bakery.

Big fan of their pumpkin loafs!
When my daughter and I (both GF) went in we expected to see only one or two GF items. To our surprise there were two kinds of cookies, a chocolate muffin, pumpkin bread, a wonderful energy bar, and a GF biscuit breakfast sandwich. All GF items were individually wrapped so there was no contamination. And the coffee is also very good. We were given their list of GF a cakes which may be ordered. This is a great find!

Red velvet cakes for my birthday a 9 inch for 46$!

They off cute drinks in a great atmosphere but their customer service is aweful, gluten free options are extremely limited and their chocolate cake we had tasted so aweful we threw it away after one bite, never going back there again. Not at all worth the high cost.

Not good place to show up and just buy something. Usually only have 1-2 cookies that are GF on hand. But to pre order a cake for a birthday is simply amazing! My hubby got me a gf king cake. Banana cake with peanut butter filling, topped with chocolate ganache and more peanut butter whipped buttercream. Omg! This cake is heaven!
Every time we go there they are out of gluten free options. Even when we show up right when the doors open.
Wide variety of gluten free, dairy free treats. Make sure to call ahead to see what they have on hand for the day or place an order 48 hours prior to stopping by (even if you just want one slice of cake).
Favorites: gf/v chocolate chip cookies & gf/v pumpkin cake
