Amazing experience. In-house, freshly baked complimentary gluten free bread and tons of high quality GF options available as well as options for vegan. Service, drinks, and food were all incredible.
I was able to have some of the best gluten free bread, pasta, and pizza that I’ve ever had. Can’t confirm if there is a separate prep area so not sure about celiac-safe but it would be worth inquiring.

I ordered the gluten free pasta Norma they used a capellini pasta which was too thin for the very chunky sauce and the pasta itself did not taste good. The pasta entrees are overpriced. Stick to apps and second plates. I was underwhelmed.

Beautiful historic mill setting, menu marked for gluten free items and gluten free option. My husband had the wild boar ragu with polenta which was delicious and we shared the salmon crudo appetizer which was marvelous paired with red grapefruit segments and he had no "issues" later. The dark chocolate gelato was decadent - just be sure to remind your server to have them leave off the cookie that was stick in the side of the serving as it came - that became my half. There is free valet parking off Falls Road - when you see the orange arrow for the restaurant, turn in immediately and go down down down to the restaurant and parking.
