Not very mindful about cross contamination at all. Even if you’re willing to risk it, the options are pretty limited. That being said, it can frequently be one of the only places with nominally gluten free options in the town in the early hours of the morning.

Very knowledgeable about gluten. They said the only thing they have is a veggie plate. The meat has soy sauce in it. Tortillas and chips are cross contaminated. Veggie plate wasn’t that great
So so so yummy! As long as you know how to navigate authentic Mexican restaurants with celiac, (aka don’t get a flour tortilla) it’s great!
I read the friendly review and decided to go to Cosmic Cantina, but when I asked the man at the cashier if they had a gluten-free menu or options, he said that they do not have anything available. I decided not to eat there.
No
The corn tacos and nachos are gluten free. They're both very good!
