Such friendly staff and great food fast .... i just simply ordered as needing “gluten free” and they immediately change gloves and proceed to ask what you’d like. I have ordered enchiladas the few times I’ve gone... they grab corn tortillas & as soon as they pop my tray in the conveyor oven (to melt cheese) they let the next person know its gluten free coming thru... they too change their gloves. Great service & good food fast!

Went in this evening to order dinner for myself and my celiac husband. I ordered their grilled steak salad, gluten free. No sooner were the words out of my mouth than the gentleman behind the counter threw away the tray he had pulled out, replaced his gloves with fresh ones, and grabbed gluten free tortillas. He was careful not to "contaminate" the food at any point in the process. It is delightful to be able to eat somewhere that I don't have to stress about whether it will make my husband sick. Oh, and their sweet pork is to die for.

Staff is knowledgeable...everything I have come across with the exception of flour tortillas (obviously) is gluten free. Great tasting food!

Excellent food! I'm celiac and travel pretty regularly for work. It's hard to find a safe restaurant to eat at. This place was great. They are very detailed and make sure no cross contamination happens. Thank you Costs Vida!!

The best sweet pork ever. I have celiac and get terribly I'll if I ingest gluten. This place is head and shoulders above many of their competitors. After watching the preparation of my Baja Bowl, I was so happy with the care taken to keep my meal gluten free. As always, there are about 5% gluten ingredients here so watch the person preparing your meal answer ask for a managers help if you are unsure of your server.

The food was very good the service was great. When I told them I was gf they pulled off their gloves and started changing them with a smile, I didn't even have to ask. I ate there twice without getting sick and I have celiac. It was great to be amble to have nachos.

Amazing! The owner was there and I was asking about there gluten free options, apparently everything is gluten free except the white and wheat tortillas!! Yayyyyy And hands down best corn tortillas EVER!

very good food :) fast food, good price (for 3 people),love the pork! I gave it a four star because of the theme, when I walk in I fell like I am at California (ocean) then when I walk in the bathroom the theme goes with the food. Score on rice milk too!

Love this place! Only a few menu items have gluten (ex. flour tortillas) so there are lots of options. Good flavors, friendly staff. Try it!

Staff was kind and knowledgeable. Changed gloves and washed their hands without being told. They also let us “tweak” the side of chips to have melted cheese instead of having to order a huge order of nachos for a child.

Server immediately changed gloves and washed hands when I mentioned a gluten allergy, in addition, he pulled my tray from the back and used the serving counter in the back to prevent cc, and walked my tray himself through the rest of line, communicating with other team members that he had an allergy order. Very impressed with how he handled everything! Everything is gf except for the flour tortillas.
