Review of Costa Vida

Very Impressed with the care taken to eliminate cross contamination... Change of gloves, seperation work station, etc.

The food is fresh tasting and comparable to a Chipotle or Moe's in style.

I ordered and greatly enjoyed the tacos. The corn tortillas were unusually good (let's be honest, soft corn tortillas are normally dismal). My kids (also celiacs) ordered tacos as well. We shared queso which was on the thin side but tasty.

I would eat here again in a heartbeat.
