Review of Costa Vida

NOT celiac friendly but maybe gluten-free fad friendly. It was nice that she offered to change her gloves but had no understanding of cross-contamination. After she change her gloves she picked up the flour tortillas she also wanted to use the same serving utensils that she just laid in somebody else's flour tortillas. That is just not gluten free! Even the smallest amount of gluten is too much for someone with celiacs. I asked her why even bother changing her gloves if you're going to turn around and touch flower products with either your hands or utensils. She had no answer. She was nice but under trained.
