It was horrible. The staff move too quickly touching everything that is gluten while preparing your food. So much cross contamination. Not Celiac Friendly at all. Celiacs stay away!!!

All staff washed hands and changed gloves. When passes to the next staff member they confirmed it was for celiac and then washed their hands. Very happy to do so!

From their allergen list: We have worked diligently to remove wheat gluten from all our sauces, dressings, and proteins. Natural glutens remain only in our flour and wheat tortillas and in two desserts--tres leches and key lime pie. This means that we offer "oceans of gluten-free options" in our menu. All of these items are gluten-free: all enchiladas, all tacos, all salads (without the flour or wheat tortilla), all nachos, and our chicken tortilla so up...which uses corn strips.

My daughter is celiac and we took her for the first time. They changed their gloves immediately. The only gluten they have their is the tortillas and dessert so we felt safe. She had pork nachos and loved them!

Once you tell the staff you have a gluten allergy they are very aware and change gloves. Their nachos are the best! I'm a very sensitive celiac and have never been sick here. We're regulars :-)

They best fast Mexican food joint around! Fantastic raspberry chipotle sauce and all meats are wonderfully marinated and yummy. It's super fresh, delicious and a great value. The employees are very friendly and remember regulars. We eat here with our family weekly. You won't be disappointed!!

This is my go to place wherever I am. Everything is GF except flour tortillas. They change gloves and are very knowledgeable about crosss contamination. Very safe herr.

Staff was kind and knowledgeable. Changed gloves and washed their hands without being told. They also let us “tweak” the side of chips to have melted cheese instead of having to order a huge order of nachos for a child.

Server immediately changed gloves and washed hands when I mentioned a gluten allergy, in addition, he pulled my tray from the back and used the serving counter in the back to prevent cc, and walked my tray himself through the rest of line, communicating with other team members that he had an allergy order. Very impressed with how he handled everything! Everything is gf except for the flour tortillas.
