My husband and I will drive the extra few minutes to specifically cone to this location over another one slightly closer to our home. The staff here are kind and professional and the level of service has never been lacking. The food is delicious and we've never gotten sick or had a bad experience here.

For those with Celiac or who are highly sensitive to gluten, I do not recommend the corn tortillas as, while they do not contain any gluten themselves, they are cooked on the same surface as the wheat-flour tortillas. I personally always opt for the baja bowl and haven't had any issues at this location.

The one and only time I went to the CENTERVILLE location. The person had just put on clean gloves then put his hands down where the flour tortillas are. I asked him to change his gloves and he refused. I got sick from eating there. Will not being returning to that location.

The staff is SO AMAZING. I’ve never gotten sick here and eat here all the time. and I’m a suuuuper sensitive celiac! The one in station park Farmington is by far the best

They are amazing! They wash their hands and change their gloves. It's the best gluten free restaurant I know!!

Staff was excellent. When I asked for a corn tortilla I was asked if it was for an allergy. After saying yes, he took off his gloves, washed his hands, put new gloves on, cleaned off the surface, and made my salad. He knew which options were safe and even had them bag mine in a different bag than my husbands. Excellent service for gluten intolerance.

They take great care to avoid cross contamination! Love that I can eat here no problems

The food is good. I've never had a problem with cross contamination. However when I just called to place my gluten-free order they asked if that meant wheat tortillas. G.I.G's training fail.

Great experience. All GF except flour Tortilla, pie and cookies. Goes through oven in individual container.

Staff was kind and knowledgeable. Changed gloves and washed their hands without being told. They also let us “tweak” the side of chips to have melted cheese instead of having to order a huge order of nachos for a child.

Server immediately changed gloves and washed hands when I mentioned a gluten allergy, in addition, he pulled my tray from the back and used the serving counter in the back to prevent cc, and walked my tray himself through the rest of line, communicating with other team members that he had an allergy order. Very impressed with how he handled everything! Everything is gf except for the flour tortillas.
