Review of Costa Vida

They’ve worked really hard over the last few years to get their entire menu gluten free except for the flour tortillas! Costa vidas allergen list on their website shows what is gluten and dairy free if you have concerns. The staff at this location, however, could use a bit of training regarding CC. They changed gloves when I asked, but then left it to another employee to continue taking my salad down the line. I had to stop them before touching with their contaminated gloves. Luckily, I had no issues and most locations are better about staying with your food through the line.I’ve actually been to this location a few times as it’s an easy go-to when I need to travel to Pocatello and haven’t had problems before.
