I’ve eaten here twice and have been so impressed by their care over my food. They changed their gloves, washed their hands and made sure to follow my food all the way to the end of the line. I didn’t want to risk a corn tortilla though. So I can’t speak to those. But everything else was great and didn’t make me sick!

I've been to Costa Vida twice and both times and disappointed with there gluten-free awareness and lack of care. this last time the worker was unaware of gluten-free or protocol. so he asked the manager who was not much more aware. he did indicate the meats that were gluten free, but he in the workers we're not careful to keep the gluten items away from the gluten-free items. I don't think I will go there again. Chipotle is a better place to go for this type of food. they consistently know what they're doing and take great care.

The food was great! I am very sensitive to gluten. I told my server that I needed just GF food. He took off his gloves, washed his hands and gave me a double container. I felt confident about my food and is was so good! You have to understand I haven't dared go out to eat for years! Thanks so much for such great GF food!

Food is delicious! Everywhere I've gone they always change their gloves before preparing mine. And they have gluten free cinnamon tortillas so it's a nice sweet dessert. We love to go there!

Staff was kind and knowledgeable. Changed gloves and washed their hands without being told. They also let us “tweak” the side of chips to have melted cheese instead of having to order a huge order of nachos for a child.

Server immediately changed gloves and washed hands when I mentioned a gluten allergy, in addition, he pulled my tray from the back and used the serving counter in the back to prevent cc, and walked my tray himself through the rest of line, communicating with other team members that he had an allergy order. Very impressed with how he handled everything! Everything is gf except for the flour tortillas.
