When I requested a gluten free meal the staff immediately took off their gloves washed their hands and put on new gloves. They communicated to the others that my meal was gluten free. I ordered a regular salad, gluten free, and dairy free. The corn tortillas were kept in a separate container free of contamination. All items with exception to the flour tortillas were gluten free.
