Kept getting sick every time I went in. The next time I stood in line, I found out why. They handle the tortillas and dunk their contaminated gloves in ALL of the fixuns... Continuously, making it my gluten nightmare. And I tested with my nima, and sure enough... Positive.

The food was good but I felt sick right afterwards. I would recommend watching the line more carefully and speaking up to make sure your food is prepared properly at the end of the line. The first server changed her gloves and washed her hands but I dont believe the second did.

Update: I gave the food a second chance and ordered nachos again. The manager was serving at the front of the line and made sure my food was safe. No issues. I also noticed that he got chips from the back---something that did not happen last time. I believe those chips made the difference.

They did everything right except get fresh ingredients from a different container. No reaction though. The food is great. I highly recommend the sweet pork.

Knowledge staff. They change gloves before prepping gluten free and all menu items gluten free except flour tortillas. Awesome! Update... 5th time in two months eating here. No cross contamination, continued vigilance with gluten free orders.

Saved me and my son after attempting to order at SmashBurger and Mod's Pizza (neither of which you can get a gluten free meal). The staff will bend over backwards to make sure you have a safe and delicious meal!

I will be back! I asked the lady if the case it was gluten-free and she said everything was good and free except for the flour tortillas then she proceeded to change her glove before I even asked. They have a separate area for the topping to cut down on cross contamination.

Staff was kind and knowledgeable. Changed gloves and washed their hands without being told. They also let us “tweak” the side of chips to have melted cheese instead of having to order a huge order of nachos for a child.

Server immediately changed gloves and washed hands when I mentioned a gluten allergy, in addition, he pulled my tray from the back and used the serving counter in the back to prevent cc, and walked my tray himself through the rest of line, communicating with other team members that he had an allergy order. Very impressed with how he handled everything! Everything is gf except for the flour tortillas.
