An amazing experience. The menu was very nicely done with plenty of gluten free options.
I had the butter lettuce salad, a fish (can’t remember the name) that was PERFECTLY prepared and crème brûlée.
The meal and service were beyond my expectations.
You might want to make reservations - they are busy. I walked in during the middle of December at 7:30 and was lucky to get a table for one.
Will go back next time I’m in town.

Great food!! Excellent service! Not everything can be made gluten free but plenty of options. We had fried oysters, salmon, beet salad, burger without a bun, braised short ribs on the best cheese grits I have ever had, and an amazing homemade sorbet!!

Great experience here! I was visiting from out of town and a little hesitant about eating out at a new restaurant. The waitress was very knowledgeable about Gluten Free items on the menu. I ended up having the seafood salad, and seafood chowder, both delicious. Then topped it off with a creme brûlée. Highly recommend Cotton Row.

I have celiac and super sensitive to gluten…. My waitress was exceptionally knowledgeable about eating gf-what she didn’t know, she consulted with the chef…. Pretty much all of the selections could be modified for me- I chose a duck entree that was amazing! Duck can easily be greasy , but mine was just perfect…and the flavor was wonderful…. I highly recommend this restaurant- be prepared to pay some $$, but my meal was so worth it!!

The staff is very knowledgeable about which menu items are gluten free. Not a separate gluten free menu, 75% of the regular menu is gluten free. They offered a basket of gluten free cheese bread when they brought my husband rolls. It was amazing!
