I loved counter culture before I knew of my celiac, and my order was the plain Humphrey that comes with plain yogurt, fruit, and granola. Before ordering I asked if it was GF and she said the Humphrey is GF however I would need to order a different flavor besides plain because it is the only one with gluten, which was fine and I just got chocolate. I will miss that plain yogurt, but I am glad I can still get a treat here safely!
