Omg- how does this place have good ratings?? It’s AWFUL. They have a GF menu..I’ll give them that. But all that’s on it is omelettes (duh they are gluten free) and the food is straight up gross. Go up to Colorado Springs and get yourself some GF eggs Benedict, GF waffles, pancakes, and just about anything you can think of. Coquettes, omelettes etc, over easy, mountain shadows are all amazing. Step your game up, Pueblo.
Very Celiac friendly!!! Gluten free menu, and all precautions were taken. Wonderful waitress named Pratt, had a smile the whole time.

Gluten free menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner
Had a lovely skillet for breakfast at country kitchen in Hutchinson. I had no cross continuation issues. I mentioned my gluten allergy and the server offered options in place of toast.

The menu lists “GF” symbols next to food items which can be prepared gluten free. I don’t think any special or separate preparation accommodations are made but the server was knowledgeable about the choices. I ordered a breakfast dish and specialty coffee and had no issues.

Local BBQ added to the normal franchise menu, which was DIVINE as well as being gluten free!
Great place between Omaha/CB and Des Moines, just off the highway!
Cute, homey, local! Nice find so wanted to add!!
Ordered a Cobb salad. Came with spoiled avocado on it and no turkey.
Enjoyed the gluten free menu .
