We stopped here on our way back from Oregon. I wish it was closer to my home. I had a wrap it was so fresh and tasty. I would eat there all the time if I lived in Redding.

Delightful “schruben” is one of the favorites here. Get the bread toasted! There is also a tiny grocery with lovely bagged coffee, tea, honey, and homemade items. Recommend!

The Shreuben and BBQ wraps were fantastic. Big and fresh and flavourful. We got a couple of juices which were just ok. The chocolate Mouse crepe was really good. Very happy with our stop on the way to Sacramento!! Wish we could go back soon. Everything was fresh and so healthy. Enjoy!

Stopped here on my road-trip down to LA for a late breakfast. Had a wrap and a smoothie, both were delicious! Whole place is gluten free which is amazing. Mark this place down as a perfect lunch stop if you’re traveling I-5.

I was so excited to try this place.IWas staying in Redding and ended upEating three different meals here.I had an Asian salad which was very good. My second meal was a quinoa Bowl. My third meal was a barbecue turkey wrap. All three of them had a good amount of food and they were all very delicious and safe! I would highly recommend this place! Oh, they also have fabulous desserts. I recommend the chocolate mousse and the cheesecake.

Delicious! I got a grilled vegan wrap—one of the most yummy GF wraps I’ve had in a while. Husband (not Celiac) got a Monster smoothie and said it was very good. Kind, helpful employees. Cute place.
