Cove Haven Resort

I had a good experience eating GF during our stay at Cove Haven. I called a week ahead to tell them I needed gluten free meals and the waiters were knowledgeable about which items on the menu could be modified. The selection is small, with only 2-3 GF meals available each night, but they have a full salad bar and even GF dessert options. Breakfast buffet was also good although I was told the home fries to be avoided because they are prepared on the same grill as the French toast. I didn’t get sick once!

Excellent staff, most of whom have been there for decades and thoroughly understood my needs and the menu. Even extra surprises like chocolate brownie Sundae and pancakes to order in the morning . An unexpected treat!
