Cowfish

Having spent 5 days in montauk eating at excellent restaurants, we stoped here for lunch on the way home. Cowfish is by far the BEST place! Fish tacos were the best we have ever had, as were the grilled scallops . And large portions as well

Celiac Approved. Chef Michael not only took the time to speak to me on the phone before my arrival, but also greeted me as soon as I sat down at the table. I wanted scallops, but they were not offered as a GF option and quite a few other dishes included ingredients I could not eat. Chef Michael was able to provide me a SAFE and DELICIOUS meal that catered to all my dietary restrictions (gluten free, dairy free, Low Fodmap, Low Fiber). The presentation of my meal exceeded my expectations, as well as the taste. He truly outdid himself, and so did my server Ben who answered all of my questions and allowed me to change my entire order to suit my needs. Best to dine on "off peak" hours and during the week to provide you with safe service
