Our first couple of times eating here we had the most thorough and educated wait staff! Walked us through what’s GF. Many items on the menu have changed along with wait staff and clearly GF is no longer an interest for anyone at Coynes. After 2 more tries, me and my entire Celiac family have decided 100% absolutely NOT safe for Celiac. Trust me when I tell you the kitchen doesn’t even try! Scary.
