Review of Coyote Kitchen & Lost Cantina

This place is amazing! They really cater to those with gluten/dairy and other allergy/digestion issues. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. My husband was served his food first(gluten) then the waiter went in the kitchen to wash his hands before bringing out mine! They have gf buns and a DEDICATED FRYER ! The shrimp is amazingly delicious! It is battered with cider and a blend of gf flour...omg is all I can say! Oh and did I mention they have gf chocolate cake??!! They have 5 desserts on the menu gf/v. We will definitely be returning on our next trip to BOONE.
