Review of Coyote Kitchen & Lost Cantina

This was our first time visiting. I am celiac. From my conversations with the hostess, wait staff to kitchen staff I felt safe. They prep food in a separate area. There were many gluten free choices on the menu. They have an all exclusive gluten free dessert case. We will visit again our next time in Boone.
