Review of Coyote Kitchen & Lost Cantina

We had a wonderful experience here! Our server’s wife was celiac and he was extremely knowledgeable and told us that they have great protocols in place. The food was delicious too! We got chips and chipotle cream cheese as our starter (dedicated fryer for chips!) and I got the Yucatán boat. The person that brought me my food even indicated “celiac boat” when it was brought to the table. I also ordered the sangria, and they have all their gluten free alcoholic beverages listed on the menu. The cakes also deserve a mention, as they’re all gluten free, and all excellent! Definitely will go here again next time we visit
