Review of Coyote Kitchen & Lost Cantina

I love coyote kitchen! One of the best experiences at a restaurant being GF! At first glance there didn’t seem to be much GF, but after talking with the waitress she explained that most things can be made GF including FRIED FOODS - shrimp, chicken, etc! (my first time personally being able to find a GF fried chicken sandwich)! They have a GF batter they can use & buns and are safe with CC! They also have GF cakes, tortillas, cornbread, hush puppies, and much more! Highly recommend!
