Review of Coyote Kitchen & Lost Cantina

It was almost overwhelming, the options that they have for gluten-free diners. Our Waitress was very knowledgeable about gluten-free options and measures in the kitchen to get a safe meal. There is a dedicated area for GF food. I got a bowl with a blackened salmon in it and oh my goodness was it wonderful. Will definitely be back
