Review of Coyote Kitchen & Lost Cantina

Celiac friendly and so delicious! I always remind the waiter to have the kitchen change gloves, use clean kitchen equipment, fresh pans, etc, and they did a great job. Ordered the jerk tacos with corn tortillas! Most everything can be made gluten free without cross contamination except burritos, quesadillas, etc.
