This was a nice find as we were traveling this am. Looked better then anything Pueblo might have to offer at 7 am. I have to be gf/df and the true test is getting my spouse great food in the same establishment . We both were very pleased. I had gf bagel breakfast sandwich with egg,mushrooms and spinach and a slice of coffee cake to go. And my husband had the smothered breakfast burrito with a piece of carrot cake. Both meals were great. Cute small establishment with lots of cute items for sale..coffee cups and mugs, hats, small Xmas ornaments, ect. The drive thru was a continuous line this Monday morning. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I hope to have the opportunity to dine here again. 🙂

I’ve eaten at coyotes coffee den multiple times with no problems! I get the gluten free breakfast sandwich on a gf bagel. Yum! They also have certified gluten free coffee cake, chocolate cake, zucchini bread and more shipped in from boulder! And for lunch they offer a gluten free deli sandwich!
