Great GF selection. The owner doesn't use flour as a thickener and the tortilla chips are safe (not fried). The only gluten is in fried items such as flautas, taquitos, and chimichangas or in flour tortillas (such as in burritos and quesadillas). There is a huge variety of GF options, including nachos, tacos, enchiladas, tamales, chile rellenos, and sopitos. The food is always excellent. I have celiac and am very sensitive to gluten. I have eaten here easily 100 times since being diagnosed eight years ago and have never had a problem. My favorite Mexican restaurant!
