The server had no idea what I was talking about when I asked about whether they had a dedicated fryer for the chips (they commingle in their fryers) and gluten free options. This lack of awareness led to anxiety about my meal.

The staff went out of their way to prepare my food safely, including heating oil for the chips so they were safe! I received a green sauce since I can't have tomatoes! Thanks!
