Cozumel

Called ahead of time and restaurant confirmed there were a number of gluten free/celiac safe options. I ordered the Mexican tacos, (server noted that they always come with corn shells, but I’d still always specify just to be safe), and had no reaction or issues whatsoever. Also had the table chips with no issues as well. Food was great and still feeling well a day later. For those that are more sensitive to cross contact, I’d call ahead of time during non busy hours and inquire about kitchen protocol as an extra measure.
