It depends on who you get to help you. I’ve been “glutened” here on more than one occasion even after asking questions and letting the wait staff know I could not have soy sauce or any wheat. I’ve stopped eating here because it was unreliable.

The staff is so great about gluten free options! They use a fish sauce instead of soy sauce for some dishes.
