staff is knowledgeable about cross contamination. They said they are not prepared to be 100% celiac safe but they will do what they can. They do not have a dedicated fryer but they have a second fryer that is less likely to be contaminated. they have a number of gluten friendly options and the chef will let the staff know if certain items are less safe.
