Came here with family a couple times. This link has been extremely helpful https://nogluten.com/cracker-barrel-gluten-free-menu/
No Gluten Free toast for breakfast
Asked for a gluten free menu and was handed an allergy book. I asked the server for information on food prep and informed him I am Celiac. He said the salad was prepared separately, and if on the allergy menu, should be okay. I think there’s too much risk of cross contamination to be really celiac safe.
No
I had a Cobb salad and had no reaction.
Yes
It would be great if family friendly restaurants provided gluten free options on their kids menus. I was provided a gluten free menu by our server but my 7 and 5 year olds didn't want to pick from a choice of trout, salad and streak.
No
Gluten Free menu bit they are up front about chances of cross contamination
No
I gave them a one because at least they were honest. No real menu just the allergy book....and they point blank said they make biscuits all day long all over the kitchen so anything can be contaminated :(. Very sad as this use to be one of my most FAVORITE restaurants.
No
Good service and willingness to provide gluten free menu. Also have list of the most common allergies and the foods that can be consumed. Not a large choice but was helpful. Does have cross contamination but has a list of things that do not apply. Is helpful for those of us with gluten sensitivy.
When asked if GF Menu available I was given a 15 page spieal bound book listing every food item Doan the left side and 12 or more "allergens" as a header row across (spreadsheet style chart) I t would an hour with a magnifying glass to read that entire thing, very awkward and k.poisibke to be of any use to me. I asked about individual items.
This is a last resort restaurant IMO. I should have kept the"book" at the table as I am pretty sure the fried apples were in a flour based sauce.

I can't say I would recommend eating at a cracker barrel if you have celiac or a gluten sensitivity, but they do have options should you need them. They have an allergen menu on their website with some gluten free items, but there is still a high risk of cross-contact.
I only ordered a side of mashed potatoes to be safe. Explained to the staff that I have celiac disease and the importance of no cross-contact. I didn't have a reaction.

They do offer a gluten free menu and have a lot of gluten free items. I’m always a little cautious since they do such a high volume of food. No gluten free breads.

Absolutely a pain to eat here. Even with the allergen menu, the risk of cross contamination is very high.

A little disappointed with the options here. There is only one entree I can safely eat gluten free at this establishment- Grilled Chicken Tenderloins, with a few safe sides (usually I choose green beans and corn).
GF options are extremely limited here because almost everything is breaded, fried or is thickened with flour.
Cross contamination is possible.
Anyone who is Celiac should not eat here.
