I was kind of hesitant to get any of the gluten free pancakes or toast, just because there is a possible risk of cross contamination. I ended up getting the lobster grits and it was delicious. I did not get sick and was happy with the taste of my meal!

Most of the menu can be modified to be gluten free but the potatoes that come with almost everything are fried in a shared fryer. The lobster gouda grits were the best part. Waitress said they have a separate toaster for gluten free bread but also told me the potatoes were gluten free so didn’t trust that and just paid extra for fruit instead. Didn’t get sick atleast but wouldn’t come back.

If you have celiac, you must let them know. I’m very sensitive to cross contamination. They were able to make me an egg scramble (separately) and fruit. They recommended not having the GF toast because of risk. The potatoes are fried with other things. If you are celiac, they are limited but I appreciated their honesty and what I ate was delicious!

I was so excited to try this place for my birthday breakfast, but I was pretty disappointed. The pancakes were not very good at all. They were super thin and had very little flavor. The pancakes also didn’t come with anything. You have to pay extra for a couple pieces of meat. I live here so I know how expensive restaurants are, but this one is so overpriced for what you get.

We love this restaurant! They are very understanding of people with celiac and the food has been delicious every time we’ve been there.

The Lobster and Gouda Grits are a MUST! The pancakes are pretty heavy though. We sat next to someone else with celiac and we both felt confident with what we ordered. There are plenty of gluten free options on the menu for a great breakfast! I heard that the wait is typically pretty long, but if you get their early enough you should be good. I don’t think the pancakes are worth a two hour wait but the grits ARE!

Toast and grits are the only true GF items. Pancakes, eggs, potatoes, etc are made on same grill & fryer. Thankfully waitress checked for us.

The menu has gluten free marked as well as what items have gluten free substitutions available. They have gluten free toast that is prepared in its own toaster. The snapper grits and toast was amazing!!

Gluten free “power pancakes” were delicious as was the omelette. Very popular place with quite a long wait but if you aren’t in a rush it was worth it. Live music outside, tables under shade cover and fans for outside dining (during covid at least). Gouda grits were amazing!

No idea what the food is like, we waited an hour and a half for a projected 60-80 minute wait only to be told that there were 7 tables ahead of us. No food is worth a 3+ hour wait.
My new favorite on 30A and Destin area. Lots of GF options including pancakes. Staff very knowledgeable. Separate toaster for toast too
