Have eaten here multiple times for breakfast and lunch. No issues and will continue going back. Super nice staff, young woman came over after my latte was served to inform me the caramel flavor I initially requested was GF and asked if I’d like some. I politely declined only because I like plain lattes. She even showers me the manufacturers site indicating the item is GF

Upon entering, informed cashier that we found her establishment on the GF app and that we were both GF. She told us that we could get any sandwich with GF bread. I asked about the omelettes, but was told they were no longer serving those. We placed an order for 2 paninis on GF bread, 2 drinks, and 2 GF desserts. Order was brought to our table. I started eating my sandwich and my daughter started eating her chips. Someone from the back came over and asked if hers should be GF because it didn’t print on the ticket. No apologizes were made, but staff complimented themselves multiple times on the fact they “caught it”. So thankful my daughter started with the chips, but the chips were on the same plate as the bread. In the time elapsed, she easily could have eaten bites of sandwich. I realize mistakes happen but “I’m so sorry” or “We take this seriously” would have gone a long way. No toothpicks or flags to indicate GF. Disappointed and won’t return.
