Visited today as a gluten free family, what a delightful experience, very friendly and extremely knowledgeable staff, they took cross contamination very seriously, change of gloves/separate gf scoop and know exactly what ice creams we could/couldn’t have. They actively encouraged samples/tastings and nothing was too much trouble. My 6yr old daughter has only recently started her gf journey and has found adapting hard when she can’t have the things she used to love so todays visit really filled our hearts seeing her so relaxed, happy and excited. Highly recommend
