Server was only a bit knowledgeable, but asked a few questions and went with the safest option ased in those responses. I had gluten free pasta, and confirmed it was a separate pot and preparations. The gluten free pasta with bolognese and grilled veggies was delicious, and I didn't have any reaction so I know there was no cross contamination.
