Review of Cravings Wine Bar & Grille

It is so nice to have a non-corporate-chain restaurant (such as Green Mill) East of the Twin Cities that offers an entire gluten-free lunch and dinner menu; not just salad or pizza. Cravings makes all their gluten-free offerings in house with the exception of some breads which they get from a bakery. They aim to offer at least one gluten-free dessert from their Café Cravings in White Bear Lake such as cake, tarts, bars, pies, etc every day.

Their food menu changes about every four months in rotation with their wine selection. At this time their food menu offers variety such as flatbreads, pasta, Caramelized Onion Duck Confit Tart, pork chops, short ribs, fish, fillet and of course delicious fresh salads and burgers that vary in protein selection (beef, white bean, lamb). They even toast the gluten-free buns for the burgers which is something that not too many chain restaurants even do. If you're gluten-free and you miss fresh, creative variety in fine dining I recommend you try this restaurant. Go for a fancy lunch!
