Went here 2 years ago and then again recently. Both times got a wrap and it was really good and they took precautions. However the most recent time the manager came out and was very blunt that they would try their best, but cc is very inevitable and naturally they were not responsible if I became sick. I stick with cold wraps both times and did not risk the grill so maybe that’s why I was ok.

I enjoyed my tuna salad melt with no reactions. They were able to use foil on the sandwich press to avoid cross contact.

I got a make-your-own gluten free wrap and it was DELICIOUS! It was a lot of food too. Would definitely go back when I’m in town again. They also had a lot of gluten free sweets like different types of cookies, key lime pie, red velvet, etc.

Fabulous food and service! Staff is very knowledgeable about gluten-free needs for Celiacs. I ordered their Chicken Salad Oceanside on gf wrap and a raspberry mango smoothie. Superb! Highly recommend!

We just ate here today. My celiac son was SOOOO excited to have good food that’s safe!
He had the roast beef protein bowl with avocado. I had the chicken salad sandwich. Both safe for my son. What a treasure while traveling!
It IS a bit pricey, but I think that’s normal for this area.

So many choices in a fun, relaxed atmosphere - sandwiches, salads, desserts, wraps. . . You have to try it!

Amazing experience! The gluten free bread was great. Server was super knowledgeable about celiac, and the manager reassured us that there would be no cross contamination.

Love the gluten free desserts in the case. Red velvet cake and carrot cake are great. Only had dessert so can’t comment on sandwiches

I’ve eaten at cravings dozens of times. I have never had a reaction/or bad experience. I highly recommend their gluten free red velvet mini cakes!!! Also this last time when I ordered online (tuna melt with gf wrap) they actually called me to ask if I was celiac so they could take additional precautions. Great place. Big fan :)

Daughter is allergic to corn and wheat. Went to Cravings and they had a variety of desserts and breads that had ingredients all clearly listed on packages. Also had a tasty vegan ice cream. She asked to see the ingredient list and the barista was extremely cooperative.

Great GF desserts and many sorts (carrot cake, red velvet cake, etc) and a large selection of clearly marked and separated GF selections.

Bad experience. Do not recommend for anyone with celiacs. Got the Gf pumpkin bread and got sick. Shared kitchen.

I asked if I could have an açaí bowl with gf granola and they said yes. Then it came out without granola so I asked for them to top it off with granola and it became a big problem for them. They huffed and puffed around acting pissed. 15 min later, I got my bowl and a woman came out and said in a snarky tone “you know granola is gluten-free right?!” I explained to her that not all oatmeal is gluten-free and she demanded, “well are you Celiac!?” It turns out they didn’t want to open a packet of gluten-free granola that they had for me.
On the other hand, I had a good açaí bowl and some delicious gf zucchini. Good food, but may not be safe and definitely NOT nice.

Not celiac friendly. Shared kitchen space & GF goods are shelved next to non-GF goods.

Great options for GF sandwiches. The GF tortilla was delicious. There is very limited GF bakery options. We went twice and never saw any GF bakery items but I do know they carry them
Not impressed at all the keep the gluten free muffins with the rest of the gluten bake goods. The gluten free bread are separate. In general they have a allergy warning I didn’t chance it with the fear of getting sick. My sister ate the muffin saying it was dry
Had an excellent turkey club wrap. Great place!
This place was a vacation saver! It was the only place I found with GF marked on their menu and baked goods. The people are very friendly and helpful. I had zucchini bread for breakfast one day and egg, sausage and cheese on a wrap another. I had an excellent roast beef and veggie wrap for lunch. Don't forget the ice cream for dessert! They also had GF key lime pie, red velvet cake, granola, cookies.... I kept finding more as I looked around.

Oceanside chicken salad GF wrap. Yeah...go!!!
Had a turkey cranberry wrap on a spinach tortilla, a gluten free red velvet cake and a peanut butter cookie that was also gluten free. Super yummy and had no problems. It was my first time eating out gluten free and I was very pleased.
Very good gluten free wrap sandwiches. I had the tuna..Delish! so nice to find a sandwich place gluten free friendly. When I originally called to place take out order the person was not knowledgeable of gluten free items but got me to someone who was. friendly helpful staff. Yummy gfree baked goods too! and coffee drinks

Great little place, but limited indoor seating. Had meant to order sandwiches here, but no seats. Came back later for ice cream-which was great. I had to look online to see which flavors were gluten-free, because staff didn't really know. Also bought gluten-free Keylime pie-which was just me without a crust-bummer! And gluten-free cookies which were great.
