If you know the foods that are safe for you they will make the efforts needed to not cross-contaminate your foods. I like the bagel roll with fresh salmon knowing that some smoked salmon is not safe. they changed gloves, cleaned the workspace, and brought out my foods on separate plates from the rest. it was very good! so if you know what is usually safe. They are well worth the visit.
