Authentic ice-cream . They have many gluten-free flavours. Always my go-to when I crave for good ice-cream and a gf cone. You have to ask about gf flavours. They do not label them. Also my non gf daughters love their ice-cream but they do not offer and take-out containers or lids for cups for ice-cream if we want to take for family or friends.
