They have a gluten free batter that can be used on any regular menu crepe. Obviously, some of the crepes cannot be made gluten free (Oreo, Cookie Butter, etc) but most sweet, savory and breakfast ones can be.
They do use the same cook surface, but it is cleaned off for each gluten free order, and they have separate tools only used on gluten free crepes.
Let the staff know that you have a gluten intolerance and they will treat your order with extra care.
Crepes tasted fresh and overall the cafe has a good vibe.

Asked the staff if gluten free items were made with the same equipment as the regular items. I was told “gluten free batter is made first so there’s no cross contamination” as they then proceeded to put the gluten free batter on the same cook top I watched them make a previous order of regular batter on. Gluten free batter was not labeled and kept in an identical container as the regular. It was clear they were no educated on what cross contamination even is, so it wasn’t worth the argument. Giving my order to someone else to eat. Waste of money. Not a safe place to eat if you have Celiac Disease or a gluten/wheat allergy.
