Crazy Sushi

We stopped here for lunch. They were helpful in regards to Celiacs! The waitress wrote a list of all the foods/sauces that contained gluten. I ended up ordering the Yellowfin hand roll and tuna cucumber sushi. Both were very good. The wasabi does not have gluten and the sake should be GF as well. There was already a bottle of gluten free tamari on the table when we sat down! I was hungry an hour later but that is to be expected when you don’t order fried, fattening foods!
